This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“you” or “User”) and HD Studio LLC (“Catfished,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the Catfished mobile application (the “App”) distributed through the Apple App Store.

By downloading, installing, or using Catfished, you agree to this Agreement and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. License Grant & Scope

1.1 License Grant

HD Studio LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the App on any Apple-branded device you own or control for personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.

1.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except as permitted by law.
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the App.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, or branding.
• Circumvent security, access controls, or in-app purchase mechanisms.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or this Agreement.

2. Use of the App

Catfished allows you to upload up to ten (10) photos or screenshots to generate an AI-powered analysis comparing a person’s stated height to the AI’s predicted height based on visual cues.

The App returns a lighthearted verdict card that you may share.
