This Privacy Policy explains how HD Studio LLC ("Swap," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Swap mobile application (the "App").

Swap uses face recognition technology to help you discover and share memories with friends. To deliver this experience, we collect information necessary to create your account, identify people in your photos, and share content with friends.

By using Swap, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

To use Swap, you must create an account. We collect:

• Phone number — Used for authentication via one-time passcode (OTP)
• Display name — Shown on your profile and to friends who receive your memories
• Profile photo — Displayed on your profile and attached to memories you send

Your phone number is verified through Firebase Authentication and is used for login and friend identification.

1.2 Biometric Data (Face Recognition)

Swap uses face recognition technology to identify people in your photos.

How it works:

• When you grant photo library access, Swap scans your photos on your device to detect faces.
• Detected faces are converted into facial embeddings — mathematical representations (128-dimensional vectors) that can identify a person across multiple photos.
• These embeddings are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
• When you identify a person in your photos, their embedding is saved locally to help Swap find more photos of them.
