This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“you” or “User”) and HD Studios LLC (“Opener,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the Opener mobile application (the “App”) distributed through the Apple App Store.

By downloading, installing, or using Opener, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. License Grant & Scope

1.1 License Grant

HD Studios LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the App on any Apple-branded device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.

1.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except as permitted by law.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the App to third parties.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding.
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or this Agreement.

2. Subscription Terms – pro

2.1 Subscription Name

The auto-renewing subscription is titled “pro.”

2.2 Subscription Length & Renewal

pro is an auto-renewing weekly subscription that renews every 7 days unless canceled through your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
